Half-Naked Thursday – Return of the Corset Bondage Stockings

Since boots have been a focus of late…

I’m not a fan of pointing lenses, pressing the button and letting the shutter fly. When I shoot photos I do work on capturing a single image that represents what I see – with a slight twist.

The photo shoot I worked this weekend consistently took that philosophy and blew it to hell. Over 900 pictures. There were segments during the weekend that damn near required the tactic!

Roll back many weeks — my friend MindnBody approached me about doing an Energy Pull. I was excited about the prospect and accepted without any hesitation.

Our variation was simple: two needles in each back, tied off at a central point. We would pull back-to-back and improvise from there. Neither of us are small men, but I had visions of MindnBody dragging me around the scene area like a little man-doll.

I’ll say this…the actual piercing was the most painful part, but was not particularly bad. As with most situations where needles are involved, it’s much easier to imagine the worst. The feeling was a definite rush…seeing the hooks sticking out of my own back made me laugh.  As a test I had a few people tug on them.

This is an experience I recommend to anyone. Amazing and surprisingly powerful…spiritually intense and incredibly personal. The words I’ve placed here do little to describe it.
