Saturday Night.

10pm – Gather everything, grab a couple of Sweet Teas and drive.

Something I should have done…tie the rope before hand…that would have saved more time for shooting.

10:25pm – Arrive at location: a pretty much abandoned parking garage. Cars scatter the various levels. There’s a van being loaded at the dock. I’ve been watching this location for some time…no one uses the roof level.

10:35pm – After blowing precious time on rope, we’re ready. DE and I walk to one of the elevator buildings. I call the elevators to our floor, cuff and tie her – the shoot begins.

10:45pm – We leave.

Flogging a Moving Target is fun.

This Scene was created by the collaboration of Mindnbody and NickM with their mad rigging skills. Their victim? Of course it was the beautiful DarlingEvil.

My involvement was a complete surprise, since the Scene began while I was doing my turn as a DM and was relieved before the Scene ended.

MindnBody was busy working DE as well. Floggers, canes, quirts…for DE it was a scene that pushed her as she’s not one who’s keen on high pain.

I’m thinking it was the rope. She IS keen on rope. Rope is a smile and a tonic in her kink DNA.

Such a fun Scene…I think we need to do it again soon. Perhaps as a wedding gift.

I speak of a fun scene I tested out this past weekend.

Seemingly simple. In reality? Not so much.

This is part of the fun involved in creating and taking risks. My sub for that scene was marvelous (and her partner most generous).  Even though bits and pieces fell to chaos, it was a blast and her feedback gave me the fuel needed to refine.

New knots, new clips, a slightly different layout for the ropework.

For me this isn’t about perfection…it’s about expanding knowledge, experience and adding moments.

And, of course, it’s about having fun – if that ever stops, then it will be time for me to quit.

This is work. This is hard work.

I have a good friend. He has 2 girls. It is becoming routine for he and I to bounce questions, ideas, thoughts and general philosophies off of each other. In short, we’ve become a 2 man support team. He watches me, I watch him. We give each other advice and encouragement. What I’ve learned over the years (and what had held me back) was the simple fact that the D/s, D/g, BDSM relationships were not easy.

They are the most complex relationships I’ve entered into. I wouldn’t call them “difficult” (they’re only as difficult as we make them), but they are challenging. In turn they are endlessly rewarding. They aren’t a “Feast of Sex”. They aren’t a chorus of screams and torture.

I believe they are this (for all parties):

A constant journey of sacrifice, surrender, release, discovery and love.

I am pleased beyond any words I can place on these pages to be sharing this journey with my DE and my girl and all of you.

No. It’s not easy. But it sure as hell isn’t difficult.

“I want to put a paper mache head on someone who’s been suspended and turn them into into a Pinata!” I said as the ropework began.

Nick_M turned from a knot and piped in “We could stick candy in their ass!”

It was an impromptu scene. DarlingEvil and I had talked about the whole Pinata idea earlier that evening. Now it was partially coming to fruition.

No, we didn’t get a chance to stick candy up her ass and hit her with the foam bats.

Nick_M and MindnBody did the hard work. Watching the banter between DE and those two was hillarious. Once DE was up te floggers and torture began. At one point Nick_M took the  DM duty from me and let me play with my suspended darling.
